These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kidzlife.com (the "Site"), the KidzLife curriculum, and any related services, content, products, or features (collectively, the "Services") provided by KidzLife, a children's ministry resource of Grace Snellville Church, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization ("KidzLife," "we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a purchase. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Site is intended for use by adults — including children's ministry directors, pastors, teachers, volunteers, and parents — and is not directed to children under 13.

Accounts

To access certain features (such as purchasing curriculum or downloading paid resources), you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.

  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Notify us immediately at info@kidzlife.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used for unauthorized purposes.

Curriculum License

When you purchase or otherwise obtain access to KidzLife curriculum or resources, KidzLife grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the materials solely for the children's ministry of the single church or ministry organization that purchased the license, subject to these Terms.

Permitted Use

Within the purchasing church or ministry, you may:

  • Reproduce printed and digital materials (lesson plans, worksheets, slides, handouts) in the quantity reasonably needed for your ministry's classes, programs, and volunteer training.

  • Project, display, or perform the materials in classroom, small-group, worship, and ministry settings.

  • Distribute take-home materials to children and parents within the purchasing ministry.

  • Train your own staff and volunteers using the materials.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, rent, or transfer the curriculum or any portion of it to any other church, organization, ministry, individual, or party outside the purchasing church.

  • Post the curriculum, in whole or in part, on any publicly accessible website, file-sharing service, social media platform, or cloud storage location accessible to people outside the purchasing ministry.

  • Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works for distribution outside the purchasing ministry, except as expressly permitted in writing by KidzLife.

  • Remove, obscure, or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings.

  • Use the curriculum or any KidzLife branding, names, or logos to imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without our prior written consent.

  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose other than the ministry of the purchasing organization.

A separate license is required for each church, campus, or ministry organization. If you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted, contact us at info@kidzlife.com.

Free Resources

We may provide certain resources at no cost — such as sample lessons, the Volunteer Guidebook, and blog content. Free resources are provided for personal, ministry, and evaluation use under the same restrictions as Section 3, except as otherwise stated. Free resources may be modified, removed, or made paid at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in the curriculum — including text, lesson plans, illustrations, photographs, music, audio, video, slides, designs, logos, trademarks, and software — is the property of KidzLife, Grace Snellville Church, or our licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license granted in Section 3, no rights are granted to you by these Terms or by your use of the Services.

Purchases, Payment, and Refunds

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account at the prices in effect at the time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor; by submitting payment information you authorize the charge.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including for product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Digital Delivery

Digital curriculum is typically delivered electronically upon completion of payment. Once digital materials have been downloaded or accessed, they are considered delivered.

Refunds

Because curriculum is digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue or are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days at info@kidzlife.com and we will work with you to make it right.

User Content

If you submit content to the Site — including testimonials, reviews, blog comments, survey responses, or feedback ("User Content") — you grant KidzLife a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the User Content in connection with the Services and our ministry.

You represent that you own or have all rights necessary to grant this license, and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right.

We may remove or refuse to post any User Content at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in violation of any law or regulation.

  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party.

  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network.

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt and applicable law.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or any servers or networks connected to the Services.

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

  • Use the Services to harass, threaten, or harm any person.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or risk to the Services or other users.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services and the curriculum license granted under Section 3 will end.

  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

You may close your account at any time by contacting info@kidzlife.com.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

KIDZLIFE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE CURRICULUM WILL MEET YOUR PARTICULAR MINISTRY NEEDS OR PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KIDZLIFE, GRACE SNELLVILLE CHURCH, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KIDZLIFE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the limitations above will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KidzLife, Grace Snellville Church, and their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) your User Content.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

You and KidzLife each waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, if the changes are material, we will provide additional notice (such as by email or a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms you agree to in connection with specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and KidzLife regarding the Services.

  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

  • No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

  • Force Majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

  • Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
