KidzLife ("KidzLife," "we," "us," or "our") is a children's ministry resource of Grace Snellville Church, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Snellville, Georgia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit kidzlife.com (the "Site") or use our curriculum, services, and resources (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Who This Policy Applies To
The Site and Services are intended for adults — children's ministry directors, pastors, teachers, volunteers, parents, and other church leaders. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See Section 7 (Children's Privacy) for details.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
Account information: name, email address, church or organization name, role (e.g., director, teacher, parent), mailing address, and password when you create an account.
Order and payment information: billing name, billing address, and payment details. Payment card information is processed by our payment processor (currently Squarespace) and is not stored on our servers.
Communications: content of emails, support tickets, contact form submissions, testimonials, and survey responses you send us.
Email list signups: email address and any preferences you provide when subscribing to our newsletter or downloading free resources (such as sample lessons or the Volunteer Guidebook).
Comments and reviews: any content you post publicly on the Site, such as blog comments or curriculum reviews.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:
Device and browser information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
Usage data: pages visited, time spent, links clicked, search terms used on the Site, and similar activity.

Improve the Site, our curriculum, and our Services through analytics and user feedback.
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Further the mission of Grace Snellville Church and KidzLife.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
Service providers that perform services on our behalf — payment processing, hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support, and similar functions. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
Grace Snellville Church as our parent organization, for ministry, governance, and operational purposes.
Legal and safety reasons when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of KidzLife, our users, or others; or to investigate fraud or security issues.
Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, in which case the recipient will be bound by terms at least as protective as this policy.
With your consent for any other purpose disclosed at the time we collect the information.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources (for example, music partners, related ministries, or social media platforms). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing them with information.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Site. Categories include:
Strictly necessary cookies required for the Site to function (e.g., login sessions, shopping cart).
Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Site (e.g., Google Analytics).

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Some features of the Site may not work properly without cookies. We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at info@kidzlife.com and we will promptly delete the information.
KidzLife curriculum is delivered to churches and ministry leaders, who in turn use it in classroom and small-group settings with children. KidzLife does not collect personal information from children through the curriculum itself.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need information, we will delete or de-identify it in a reasonable and secure manner.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from the Site.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Request deletion of your information.
Opt out of marketing communications (use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us directly).
Withdraw consent where we rely on consent.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.
Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

International Users
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, if the changes are material, we will provide additional notice (such as by email or a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
